Meet Our Team

Nathan L. Ence, DDS

Dr. Nathan Lee Ence was born in San Francisco, California, but has spent most of his life in beautiful Santa Clara, Utah. He attended Dixie High School, served an LDS mission in Osaka, Japan, and then went on to Dixie College and Utah State University for his undergraduate education.

While at Dixie College, Nate met and married his wife, Camerlee. He was then accepted to the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, and they moved to San Francisco to obtain his dental degree.

Upon graduation from dental school in the summer of 2000, Nate and Camerlee decided to move back to Santa Clara and joined the dental practice his father Lee began at Ence Dental Care in 1975. They love living in Southern Utah and are looking forward to spending the rest of their lives in the beautiful community that they enjoy.

Nate and Camerlee are the proud parents of five children, Abbey, Halle, Jackson, Damon and Lilly. Nate loves running, spending time hiking, camping, golfing, playing pickleball and tennis.  He also enjoys waterskiing, Lake Powell, spending time in the mountains and any other activities he can do with friends and family.

Eric J. Ence, DMD

Dr. Eric John Ence was born and raised in St. George, Utah. He is a graduate of Snow Canyon High School. After high school, Dr. Eric served an LDS mission in Tokyo, Japan, and went on to attend both Dixie College and Brigham Young University where he completed his Bachelor of Arts degree.

While at BYU, Dr. Eric met and married his wife, Janae. They have four children, Kallie, Sadie, Bryson and Tanner.

ln 2OO4, Dr. Eric moved to Louisville, Kentucky to finish his studies at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. After receiving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2010, he moved his family back to St. George, Utah, and joined the practice alongside his father Lee and brother Nate at Ence Dental Care.

Dr. Eric enjoys fly fishing, woodworking, camping, hiking, coaching youth sports, traveling and spending time with his family.

Dr. Eric Ence is a proud member of the American Dental Association and thrives to stay up-to-date on the most advanced aesthetic and restorative dentistry.
